IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PEACEFUL WARDROBE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES, LOSSES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO THE PEACEFUL WARDROBE IN THE LAST SIX (6) MONTHS, OR ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless The Peaceful Wardrobe, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of port-8088, including but not limited to your User Content, any use of the Site's content, services, and products other than as expressly authorized in these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to The Peaceful Wardrobe immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including without limitation ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use of port-8088 and, if applicable, deleting your account through the account settings.

If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you and The Peaceful Wardrobe each waive any right to a jury trial.
